| Bilton Grange School News |
Last week, Bilton Grange witnessed a truly unique event as Headmaster Gareth Jones climbed the 30-metre crane currently on site for the construction of the new boarding house. While such an activity isn't typically part of the service, Stepnell, the construction firm overseeing the project, went above and beyond to fulfill the Headmaster's special request, adding a memorable chapter to the ongoing development at Bilton Grange.
The climb offered spectacular views of the campus and surrounding areas, a privilege that Gareth eagerly shared through a live broadcast on the school’s social pages. The broadcast gave the community a glimpse of the breathtaking experience and an opportunity to ask some amusing and interesting questions.
The crane driver, Kevin, graciously welcomed his guest and was rewarded with a new companion—Bilton Grange’s iconic Lion mascot, now proudly perched alongside him in the crane cab.
